Two lightning talk sessions are included in the 2026 MSR Workshop. These sessions provide 5-minute time slots for technology updates. We plan to have approximately 6 slots on the first day and 6 slots on the second day.
A poster session during Wednesday’s working dinner is another opportunity to present your work and engage meeting participants. Participation is limited to 50 posters.
Poster Requirements:
Must be A0 size or smaller (33.1 in wide x 46.8 in tall) (841 mm wide x 1189 mm tall)
Posters must be formatted to portrait layout (the height of the poster is greater than its width).
Participants are responsible for bringing their posters and taking their poster with them after the event.
Please drop off your poster at the registration desk. We will mount your poster to boards using pins.
If a poster is comprised of multiple pieces of paper, the presenter will be responsible for mounting.
Unclaimed posters at the end of the event will be discarded.
The interest in lightning talks is anticipated to exceed available spots. The Program Committee will down select and notify participants of selections. Preference will be given to technical submissions of close interest to the MSR community while balancing broad technical and organizational participation. Students and postdoctoral researchers are also encouraged to participate.
