Parking:
For guests staying at the Marriott hotel, self-parking or valet parking is available at the onsite parking garage at the prevailing parking rates.
For participants not staying at the Marriott hotel, parking is available in other lots, such as the Locust Street and Market Square garages.

McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) serves the area and is located 14 miles away.

Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by using the Special Rates links above or calling 888.236.2427 or 865.522.2800. Reservations must be made no later than the Cutoff Date of Monday, October 5th. Guests making reservations must identify themselves as members of Group. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a valid major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within seventy-two (72) hours before the guest’s check-in date, Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with group at the time that reservation is made. All guestrooms are guaranteed for late arrival. All sleeping rooms shall be subject to an Early Departure Charge equal to one night’s room rate, plus applicable fees, taxes and assessments.
