Christopher coordinates domestic and international policy for the Climate Campaign to phase out super-potent greenhouse gases. He works to advance the adoption of ultra-low GWP refrigerants to support and accelerate the HFC phasedown. Christopher joined EIA in October 2021 after several years of advocacy for renewable energy and clean transit. His portfolio of work also includes federal, state, and corporate engagement, and investigations into illegal trade and emissions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Public Policy from American University.
