Information provided by Hotel: Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by using the Special Rates links above or calling 888.236.2427 or 865.522.2800 option 1. Reservations must be made no later than the Cutoff Date of October 24th. Guests making such reservations must identify themselves as members of Group, with Group code. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a valid major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within seventy-two (72) hours before the guest’s check-in date, Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with group at the time that reservation is made. All guestrooms are guaranteed for late arrival. All sleeping rooms shall be subject to an Early Departure Charge equal to one night’s room rate, plus applicable fees, taxes and assessments.
