The symposium is funded through financial support from the ORNL Office of Research Education. There is no cost to presenters or attendees.
The symposium will be an in-person only event held at the Tennessee Conference Rooms A/B/C on the ORNL main campus. All oral presentations, keynote sessions, and poster sessions will take place on-site. There will be no virtual attendance option available for this event.
Each oral presentation slot will be approximately 10 minutes in length, with 8 minutes allocated for the presentation and the remaining time reserved for Q&A and transition. The exact duration may be adjusted based on the total number of presentations.
The recommended poster size is 42” (width) × 36” (height). All presenters are requested to submit a digital copy of their poster to the designated symposium volunteers. The volunteers will collect the files and forward them to the symposium organizers, who will coordinate the printing through ORNL Creative Services as a single print job.
Additional submission instructions and deadlines will be communicated soon.
Unfortunately, the sessions will not be recorded.
