Timothy Bright serves as Senior Vice President of
Development for T5 Data Centers, bringing more than 30
years of global real estate and data center development
experience. A seasoned leader and primary client
interface, he implements the strategy, pursuit, and
execution of T5’s largest hyperscale and international
developments, ensuring technical, legal, financial, and
construction workstreams move in lockstep from concept
through close.
Since joining T5 in 2012, Timothy has been instrumental
in advancing the company’s global development platform.
He is recognized for translating complex business,
economic, and engineering requirements into precise,
business-forward agreements that protect client
objectives and accelerate project delivery. His disciplined
approach, responsiveness to technical detail, and ability
to navigate high-stakes negotiations have earned him a
reputation as a trusted advisor to customers and
partners.
Across his career, Timothy has guided more than 100
projects worldwide—including hyperscale campuses,
commercial office developments, multifamily assets, land
development, and institutional facilities. Before joining
T5, he served as Executive Vice President at Holder
Properties, leading land acquisition, entitlements, design
and construction management, and lease negotiations.
He began his career at Holder Construction Company,
managing design-build and construction services for
major commercial and institutional projects.
Timothy holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a
Master’s in Building Construction, with a minor in
Finance, from the University of Florida.
