Ross Berntson is President and CEO of Indium Corporation, a global materials science manufacturer that develops solder, thermal management, and specialty alloy solutions for electronics, semiconductor, and thin-film manufacturers worldwide. In this role, he directs the company’s global strategy, operations, and product development, while fostering an organizational culture rooted in The Indium Way®: respect, appreciation, and achievement.
Berntson joined Indium Corporation’s journey in 1996 as a product specialist and advanced through leadership roles in technical support, product management, sales, and market development. He has served in executive positions, including Executive Vice President, President/COO, and President of Indium Corporation’s Asia Holdings, where he relocated to Singapore to strengthen operations across Southeast Asia and China. Under his leadership, Indium Corporation has expanded its global presence, launched an industry-leading no-clean solder paste product portfolio, and delivered innovative solutions that enable engineers and manufacturers to achieve reliable, high-performance outcomes.
