Heather Hendrickson joined Entergy Arkansas’ Office of Energy Efficiency in 2017. She is a Senior Project Manager responsible for the company’s residential energy efficiency programs, which include the Home Energy Solutions Program, Manufactured Homes Program, Multifamily Homes Program, Low-Income Solutions Program, and Smart Direct Load Control Program. Hendrickson, also, manages the CitySmart program which provides energy efficiency to public institutions. Prior to joining Energy Efficiency, Hendrickson served on Entergy Arkansas’ Business & Economic Development team. During that time, she implemented the state’s first, comprehensive buildings and sites website, the Arkansas Site Selection Center. She is a past board member of Arkansas Women in Power. She is a member of AEE, AAEE and AESP. Hendrickson is a certified Energy Efficiency Professional (EEP), Business Energy Professional (BEP), and Building Analyst – Building Perfomance Institute.
Prior to joining Entergy, Hendrickson served as the Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Rosenberg, Texas.
Hendrickson holds a M.S. in Community and Economic Development and a Graduate Certificate in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas. She received a B.A. in both Spanish and Political Science from Ouachita Baptist University.
