Mr. Conlin provides engineering support, research, air quality consulting and training for commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Conlin specializes in energy efficient construction, air barrier system analysis and air leakage testing, building enclosure commissioning, air distribution performance, indoor air quality and moisture management. Conlin contributed to the research and code development for residential closed crawlspace technology. Conlin has consulted with the factory-built home industry for 40 years and was an early contributor to research and outreach activities developed by what is now called the Systems Building Research Alliance and he continues to consult with factory-built construction companies to assess and resolve building performance problems throughout the US.
