Joel Sheets

Joel Sheets joined the Tindall team in 2002, serving as a project manager for prestressed concrete applications at the Spartanburg, South Carolina facility. In his current role as senior vice president of operations of the infrastructure group, Sheets leads a diverse team responsible for delivering innovative precast concrete solutions for industries including heavy civil, petrochemical, power and energy, and utility products. After serving as senior project manager, customer service manager, and operations manager a Tindall, he was appointed as general manager of the utility division in 2008. He is a past chair of the National Precast Concrete Association and is highly involved in the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute.
