Jack Cadogan

Jack Cadogan is a technology consultant supporting national laboratory development of practical strategies to expand U.S. nuclear generating capacity. His work focuses on overcoming the technical, manufacturing, supply chain, and business challenges that limit the deployments of existing nuclear power uprates and advanced nuclear reactor technologies. Cadogan’s experience in nuclear power spans over 40 years of direct plant design, construction, startup, operations and maintenance, equipment reliability, and executive leadership as well as advanced reactor feasibility evaluation. As an advisor to Idaho National Laboratory’s (INL) Power Reactor Optimization Program, Cadogan is the primary author of the Light Water Reactor Sustainability Nuclear Capacity Expansion Report. He also chairs an industry and INL collaboration focused on identifying and resolving strategic manufacturing and equipment bottlenecks affecting achievement of national nuclear capacity expansion goals.
