Craig Gerardi

Dr. Craig Gerardi leads the vertically integrated manufacturing teams responsible for Kairos Power’s reactor technology hardware delivery. These include component and modular systems builds. In his previous role at Kairos, Gerardi was senior director of engineering testing groups that designed, built, tested, and operated physical tests and prototypes used to deploy and license the Kairos Power fluoride salt-cooled high-temperature reactor hardware. Before joining Kairos, he led the Engineering Development and Irradiation Services department at Argonne National Laboratory where he conducted a wide range of experiments related to nuclear engineering technology including tests for reactor safety, instrumentation development, and production of radioisotopes for medical applications.
