Cindy L. Squires

Cindy Squires has served as the president and CEO of the American Composites Manufacturing Association (ACMA) since 2021. ACMA’s vision is to make composites the sustainable material of preference. Squired has been a cleared trade advisor to the U.S. Trade Representative and serves on the board of the Council of Manufacturing Associations and the American Boat and Yacht Council. Previously, she was CEO of the International Wood Products Association (IWPA). Prior to IWPA, Squires directed the regulatory, legal and trade programs for the recreational boating industry as the Chief Counsel of the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Her previous positions included practicing environmental law, working as a legislative aide in a U.S. Senate committee, and a federal agency.
