Bob Kody joined Hexcel Corporation in 2025 to lead the company’s global technology research and product development. Prior to joining Hexcel, Kody was global vice president of Solventum Corporation’s Advanced Wound Care business. Previously, Kody spent 25 years at 3M Company where he served as the global vice president of ceramics and glass and as Lean Six Sigma vice president of transportation and electronics business. In addition, Kody served in leadership roles with 3M’s Corporate Research Labs and healthcare business group.
