Dr. Steve Przesmitzki is the executive director of the United States Council for Automotive Research (USCAR), the collaborative automotive technology company for Ford Motor Company, General Motors and Stellantis. Prior to joining USCAR, Przesmitzki led transportation and power systems and vehicle technologies research at Argonne National Laboratory. He was also the global head of strategic mobility, climate, and energy analysis for Saudi Aramco and head of strategic transport analysis and outlooks for Aramco Americas. In addition, Przesmitzki was a technology development manager for fuels and lubricants within the Department of Energy’s Vehicle Technologies Office, a senior project manager researching fuels for the National Laboratory of the Rockies, and a lead powertrain design and development engineer at Ford Motor Company.
