Hicham Ghossein

Dr. Hicham Ghossein serves as the CEO of Endeavor Composites, which delivers incredibly strong, durable, value-added, zero-waste composite materials made from repurposed excess fibers that would otherwise be deposited in landfills. Ghossein is serving a 2-year term as council member with IACMI, representing Small and Medium Enterprise. He also served as the awards chair for the composite division with the Society of Plastic Engineers from 2018 to 2022 and is a board member with the Composites Coalition Steering Committee in the East Tennessee area.
