Dr. Vincent Paquit serves as section head for Secure and Digital Manufacturing at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Since 2015, Paquit has served as the data analytics lead for the Manufacturing Demonstration Facility (MDF). His team is focused on developing a digital platform for advanced manufacturing to increase understanding of manufacturing processes for part qualification, certification, and process control and correction. Paquit leads a team of scientists and engineers in developing and integrating hardware and software solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence to capture and analyze the digital threads associated with each manufacturing technology at the MDF. He is at the forefront of the MDF’s digital transformation, working to standardize manufacturing data collection for scientific purposes.
