Judson "Jud" Marte

Jud Marte is the senior vice president of engineering at MP Materials, where he leads the development and scale-up of advanced manufacturing systems for rare earth magnet production in the U.S. Marte is responsible for technical strategy, capital deployment, and cross-functional execution across oxide-to-magnet operations. He has expertise in metallurgy and complex equipment integration for materials manufacturing enterprises. At MP Materials, Marte’s work supports the re-establishment of a secure, domestic rare earth supply chain critical to electrification and national security.
