Swaroop Shreedhara is the Global Head of Supplier Development at Siemens Energy, leading the enterprise approach to supplier capability, readiness, and performance across the company’s global supply base.
His professional background includes gas turbine component manufacturing and industrialization, with experience spanning manufacturability, supplier qualification, cross-functional engineering, and new product development. This work includes both conventional and emerging manufacturing approaches used in the production of gas turbines and other critical energy systems.
Additionally, his experience includes supplier quality management, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and operations research, gained internationally across energy technology OEMs, heavy equipment OEM, and consulting services industries.
He holds a Master of Science Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the North Carolina State University.
