Accomodation for participants
All participating students will be accommodated in shared double rooms at the Hyatt Knoxville from Sunday to Friday, with lodging costs fully covered by the organization. Daily transportation between the hotel and Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) will be arranged, ensuring secure and convenient travel to and from the venue throughout the duration of the school.
Travel to ORNL
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from Knoxville, Tennessee. The most convenient option is to fly into McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS), located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville.
